| Abstract: | The article uses the diffi cult employment for the graduates at higher vocational colleges in geology major as an entry point to probe problems existing in employment of graduates from geological colleges.Meanwhile,fi ve suggestions are made directed to reasons and problems which cause diffi cult employment. |
