| 摘 要： | 本文归纳出现实中存在的中小企业发展的五种集群模式,即资源禀赋型、产业关联型、设施共享型、知识富集型和外力驱使型等。基于集群现象的理论解释,分析了中小企业集群的公共政策含义,提出促进中国中小企业集群发展的若干建议。

| Abstract: | In the paper, five existing types of cluster mode a re generalized as following: endowment of natural resources, chain of various in dustries, accumulation of knowledge, share of basic facilities and drive of out side force. Based on the theoretic explanations of medium and small-sized enter prises clusters, public policies of medium and small-sized enterprises clusters are analyzed. Suggestions of accelerating the development of Chinese middle and small enterprises clusters are presented. |
