| 摘 要： | 教育管理中的主体既包括管理．也应该包括被管理，管理主体与被管理主体之间构成主体间，而且具有主体间性。主体间性是指主体与主体关系中的内在属性，即相关性与统一性。教育管理中所体现的主体间性具有4个特征：受制性、平等性、交互性和主动性。在主体间性研究的视角中。提出未来教育管理的新构想——走向交往式的教育管理。 |

| Abstract: | Subjects of educational administration should include both the manager and the managed. The relationship between the two can be called intersubjects and has its intersubjectivity which refers to the internal characteristic of the relationship between subject and subject, that is, relativity and unity. There are four characteristics of intersubjectivity in educational administration: restriction, equality, reciprocity and initiative. From the perspective of intersubjectivity study, this article puts forward a new proposition of communicative educational administration. |
