| 摘 要： | 本文对国内外典型的高等职业技术教育教学模式进行了分析，并分别对知识本位、能力本位和人格本位模式作了比较，结合社会经济发展和高职教育发展实际，指出了人格本位模式才是高职教育教学模式的最终选择。
