| 摘 要： | 地方高等院校在地方建设尤其在地方文献的开发、研究与传播方面发挥着越来越令人瞩目的作用。立足区域，谋求发展，在历史与现实的结合点上向深厚的文化资源汲取营养，在传承与弘扬地方文化的过程中开辟出一条具有特色的强校之路，应该是各地方高校积极谋划的一个着眼点。
