| 摘 要： | 通过对姚明与NBA其他优秀中锋在上场时间、体重方面以及姚明在NBA三个赛季的技术统计进行比较分析，最终得出结论：姚明作为国内最优秀的中锋，在NBA经过三年的比赛训练，综合能力有了很大的提高，但是姚明在进攻和防守等方面还有一些地方需要改进。并通过对姚明的研究为我国篮球运动训练提供参考。

| Abstract: | This article makes the comparison on weight and time between Yao Ming and other NBA excellent centers,and analyses the three years' technical statistics whenYao Ming play in the NBA.The result shows: as the most excellent center in China,Yao Ming has gotten the tremendous progress through three years' playing and training,but Yao Ming has to improve the position technology including attacking and defending,Which supply the reference for Chinese basketball training. |
