| 摘 要： | 从地方院校的办学定位出发,结合建筑院校特点和工程的实际需要,高分子材料与工程专业从人才培养方案、教学内容到教师队伍建设进行了一系列的改革,初步建立了一套较为合理的建筑院校高分子材料与工程人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | According to the educational orientation of local colleges and universities,the features of architectural colleges and universities and the actual requirements of engineering projects,a series of innovations are proposed in terms of the training scheme and teaching content of polymeric materials and engineering majors and the construction of teaching staff.A more proper educational model is put forward for polymeric materials and engineering majors in architectural colleges and universities. |
