| 摘 要： | 政治权力体现的是一种社会关系,其中利益是政治权力结构变动的根本动因。政治权力结构的运行及发展必然要经历一个“社会化”的发展历程。在这一历史进程中,权利、正义、自由、平等、民主、共和、宪政等具有永恒和普世意义的诸多价值理念与制度规范逐步得以伸张和确立。政治权力的社会化发展趋势是合规律与合目的的统一。

| Abstract: | The socialization is a unity of rule and goal.Political power represents a social relation when the power subject exerts control over the object.Interest is the drive behind the change of political power structure.The change must undergo socialization wherein system criterion are gradually established and the permanent and general values of power,justice, freedom,equality,democracy,republicanism,and constitutional government are promoted. |
