| 摘 要： | 由于我国中小企业占全国企业总数的95％以上，是最活跃的经济增长点，在当前市场经济条件下，中小企业必须采取前瞻战略，注重信息的收集，分析和利用，建立企业危机管理系统，建立这一系统可及时收集有关危机的信息，预测并防范危机的发生，寻求新的发展机遇。

| Abstract: | As SMEs account for over 95 percent in Chinese enterprises and are the most active economy increase point,so in present market economy condition,SMEs must have a long term point of view,attach more importance to collect,analyze and utilize information and construct crisis management system.Constructing this system can collect information on crisis in time,predict and prevent crisis and look for new opportunity. |
