| Abstract: | The paper analyses the contribution trend of papers and its influence factors from such aspects as the time and situation, the guidance of policy, values of author's, editing and publishing. Moveover, if gives several suggestions on how to form good cycling system of paper contribution and how to push forwards the development of the sci tech periodicals. |
