| 摘 要： | 随着我国能源环境改革的推进,当前以及未来很长时间内,国内能源环境类法律人才供不应求。鉴于能源环境类法学硕士培养的特殊性,引入OBE这一先进的教育理念,将其融入能源环境类法学硕士培养模式中,以OBE理念下五元教学模式设计图为指导,创新性设计培养模式的各个环节,提出设置多元培养目标、建构性配合设计课程体系、合理设置培养过程、确立多维评核体系以及善用评核改进培养等关键措施。

| Abstract: | With the advancement of China's energy and environment reform,domestic energy and environment legal professionals are in short supply now and for a long time in the future.In view of the special nature of energy and environmental law master training,we introduce OBE,an advanced educational concept,into law education mode of energy and environmental law.Under the OBE concept we design a five-yuan teaching mode as our guide and all its links.The key measures include setting up multiple training objectives,constructing the system of collaborative design curriculum,setting up the training process reasonably,establishing the multi-dimensional and one-evaluation system,and making good use of evaluation and improving the training. |
