| 摘 要： | 本文根据政（局）务公开内容和电子触摸屏系统的特点，提出了电子触摸屏系统在政（局）务公开中应用需要解决的关键技术问题，同时结合杭州市气象局政（局）务公开电子触摸屏应用系统的设计并发，对这些关键技术的实现方法作了详细介绍。

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of the contents for making government affairs public and electronic touch screens system, this paper indicated some kernel questions which need to be solved in the application of the electronic touch screen system to make government affairs public. Combined with the process of developing the electronic touching screen application system to make government affairs public for Hangzhou Municipal Meteorology Bureau, the paper also provided detailed methods how to solve the kernel questions. |
