| Abstract: | The history of floods disaster in Binzhou is studied with the literature research method, the economic losses caused by floods disaster in the past 50 years since the founding of the P.R.China are evaluated with the investigation-evaluation method and Heinrich method, the causes of floods disaster are analyzed and the countermeasures are put forward. |
