论学业习得性无助感向自我效能感的转换

摘    要:习得性无助感是指一个人经历了多次挫折和失败后,面对问题时产生的无能为力、自暴自弃的心理状态。这种现象是由塞利格曼通过在狗的身上实验发现又在人身上得到证实。笔者根据习得性无助感的成因分析和自我效能感的理论概述,提出了五条习得性无助感的学生向自我效能感转换的策略。

Abstract:Learned helplessness refers to psychological state and behavior that the person suffering a series of frustration and failure can't know what to do about the problem.This phenomenon was tested and detected first on dogs and then verified on human by Seligman.According to the analysis of the cause about learned helplessness and the summarization of the theory about selfefficacy,the author comes up with five transformation tactics on turning learned helplessness in study to self-efficacy.
