摘    要:教师职后培训的有效性经常遭受指责.要改变这一现状,用多元化教师职后培训模式——置换脱产研修代替单向语言传递为主的培训模式是一种可取的方法.置换脱产研修有利于拓展教师职后培训的目标,关注教师教育教学的现实情况,构建以问题为核心的教师职后培训内容体系,并在此基础上形成教师培训的立体模式.

Abstract:The effectiveness of teachers post - service training is always under criticism. The way lies in making the training styles rich and diverse. The traditonal teachers training mode will be replaced by Teacher Replacement Training Mode. Teacher Replacement Training can develop training goal, pay close attention to the education reality, construct the training curriculum, and shape the stereo mode of teacher training.
