| 摘 要： | 债转股目标是化解金融风险，推进国有企业改革．最大限度地保存国有资产的价值。债转股实施以来，由于其能迅速使国有企业扭亏为盈，国有商业银行不良资产比率下降明显而受到人们的称赞。但是债转股只是取得了阶段性的成果，离债转股目标的最终实现还相差很远，采取有效措施尽快弥补差距，是资产管理公司的当务之急。

| Abstract: | The goal of debt-equity swap is to dissolve the financial risks, promote the reform of state-owned enterprises and preserve and increase the value of state-owned assets. The method of debt-equity swap has been commonly welcomed since it was put into practice, for it enables the state-owned enterprises to quickly make profits instead of being still at a loss and the ratio of the non-performing assets in the state-owned commercial banks has been obviously dropped. But we should notice that we only achieved some periodic success, the task of debt-equity swap is still on the way and far from the realization of the ultimate goals. So it is urgent for the asset management corporations to take effective methods to make up the gap. |
