松散体围岩条件下井筒支护形式的设计与应用

摘    要:井筒井壁结构设计主要依据井检孔资料,实际揭露地层往往和地质资料存在差异,尤其是在有古河道存在的地区此种情况尤为明显。此时井壁结构设计必须相应进行修改。以开滦(集团)蔚州公司北阳庄矿井风井为例,介绍在井筒施工通过压实度较差、呈松散体结构的砂砾岩时,采取合理支护形式即采用锯齿型井壁结构设计和锚梁注浆加固取得良好成效的经验。

Abstract:The design of the shaft and wallface is mainly based on the information of shaft verification holes.However,the strata actually exposed are usually different from the geological data,especially in the area where an ancient river has been found.Thus,the shaftlining structure design must be modified correspondingly.Taking the air shaft of Kailuan(Group) Weizhou company Beiyang coal mine for example,when the working shaft gets through a conglomerate stratum which has poor compaction and loose structure,employing rational supporting form,namely,the zigzag shaftlining structure design and anchor beam grouting reinforcement,has achieved good effect.
