| 摘 要： | 跨江融合战略是江苏省近期作出的促进苏中地区融入苏南经济板块，与苏南融为一体的一种新型发展战略。对扬州来说，融合发展的核心是产业融合，而制造业的融合又是重中之重。因此，扬州要在明确制造业优势状况的基础上，以优质资源的底气参与融合，促进制造业的融合发展；对现有的制造业，既扬长避短，也扬长扬短；要和苏南园区共建，技术共研，推动制造业集聚升级。

| Abstract: | The integration strategy spanning the Yangtze River is a new development strategy issued recently by Jiangsu province, which will promote the middle Jiangsu areas to join into the southern Jiangsu economic sectors. For Yangzhou, the core of integration development is industry convergence, and the integration of manufacturing is the most important. Therefore, Yangzhou should take part in the integration with high spirits to promote the manufacturing integration development relying on resource advantages on the basis of identifying the advantages of manufacturing. It is necessary to foster the strength while avoiding and raising the weakness of the existing manufacturing. Moreover, it is suggested to build industry zone and do some research on tech- nology with southern Jiangsu to push manufacturing upgrade. |
