| 摘 要： | 弥尔顿在近代史上明确首肯"人民主权"的政治理念,而率先对人民主权问题进行理论阐释的是英国民主革命的宪政家洛克。当然,就人民主权作明确而系统的解析人是卢梭。他以自然权利说和社会契约为依托,革命性地改造了主权概念,创立了与各种形式的专制主权论有原则区别的人民主权论。卢梭的人民主权论,也深刻地影响着马克思主义创始人。马克思在批判地汲取传统人民主权说的同时,以唯物史观为基础,结合劳动阶级"争取民主"的斗争经验,使人民主权理论发展到新阶段。

| Abstract: | It is Milton who first affirmed people's sovereignty in modern history, however it was Luk the politician of Britain's democratic revolution who demonstrated the theory of people's sovereignty. Certainly the analytical and definite demonstrator was Rousseau. His theory of people's sovereignty has great influence on the Marxism founder. Based on materialist conception of history, while Marx critical absorbed in the traditional people's sovereignty, he combined with the struggle experience to develop the theory into a new stage. |
