| 摘 要： | 在知识经济时代,人力资源的价值成为衡量企业整体竞争力的最主要标志,人力资源管理战略成为企业发展战略中最关键的部分,是影响科技企业发展的最重要因素。本文对泉州市高科技企业人力资源管理现状、存在问题进行了调查分析,并对提高泉州高科技企业战略性人力资源管理水平的提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | At the age of knowledge economy,the value of human resources is the most main mark to weigh the whole competitive power of the enterprise,and the strategy of human resources management is the key strategy of enterprise development,is the most important factor to influence the development of scientific/technological enterprises.The article investigates and analyses the present situation and existing problems of human resources management of high scientific/technological enterprises in Quanzhou,and puts forward the countermeasures to raise the level of human resources management of the enterprises. |
