| 摘 要： | 运用艾森克人格问卷简式量表（EPQ-RSC），对参加2007-2008中国大学生排球联赛北方赛区的150名运动员进行测试。研究结果表明：不同水平、不同训练年限和不同位置的大学生排球运动员在精神质（P）和掩饰性（L）因子上均存在显著性差异（P 0．05）；不同性别和不同位置的大学生排球运动员在内外向（E）上均存在显著性差异（P 0．05）；不同水平和不同训练年限的大学生排球运动员在神经质（N）上均存在显著性差异（P 0．05）。结论：大学生排球运动员整体上呈现出较强的团队意识、内外向分化明显和情绪比较稳定的人格特征，同时也表现出明显的社会掩饰性倾向。
