| 摘 要： | 从关系强度的概念出发,将关系强度分为强关系和弱关系。根据研发团队隐性知识扩散的特点,阐述知识主体间关系强度与隐性知识扩散的内在关联性。在此基础上,探讨知识主体间关系强度对不同阶段、不同类型、不同效用隐性知识扩散的影响。运用知识动力学有关知识,给出知识主体间关系强度影响隐性知识扩散的动力学解释。围绕如何测量关系强度、关系强度转化如何影响隐性知识扩散以及关系强度、关系质量组合效应影响下隐性知识扩散制约因素等方面提出下一步研究方向。
