| 摘 要： | 建立了社区服务中公众参与影响公众满意的概念模型,提出相关假设,并进行相关量表设计。最后运用结构方程模型及LISREL参数估计进行模型验证,结果表明公众参与通过感知服务质量影响公众满意度。

| Abstract: | This paper builds a conceptual model of public participation impacting on public satisfaction in community service,proposes assumptions and designs related scales.It uses the method of the Structure Equation Model and LISREL parameter estimation to test the model.The result shows that public participation affects public satisfaction via perceived service quality. |
