摘    要:在领导理论与管理沟通理论综述的基础上,提出领导者素质与情景相互匹配的必要性,提出将横向部门沟通情景作为调节变量,研究其对领导者素质与领导绩效关系的调节作用。采用问卷调查的方式搜集了领导者素质、管理环境以及领导绩效数据。在此基础上,首先,将领导者的素质特征作为自变量,将领导绩效作为因变量,采用多元回归的方法研究了普遍意义上领导综合素质对领导绩效的作用;进而,引入情景因素作为调节变量,运用层次回归分析研究了横向部门沟通情景中三个子维度对综合素质与领导绩效关系的调节作用。
