在高校体育教育专业田径教学中运用分层教学法的实验研究

摘    要:针对学生运动能力个体差异较大,传统教学方法针对性不强的弊端,在体育教育专业田径课铅球技术教学中,运用分层教学法进行实验研究,在理论与实践两个层面上进行探索。研究表明:分层教学法可以全面体现因材施教原则,突出学生教学主体地位,激发学生学习的积极性和主动性,提高学习效果。并就分层教学法实施过程中需要注意的问题提出建议。

Abstract:This paper discussed the application of layered approach into shot put teaching in P. E. institutes theoretically and practically based on the problems such as sharp difference in individuals' athletic ability, lack of practical relevance in traditional teaching. Findings: layered approach manifests the principle of individualized instruction, stresses the principle status of students, stimulates the initiative of students and improves learning effect. Advice was given for the successful application of layered approach.
