摘    要:目的:探讨促红细胞生成素(EPO)在重度慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart faiture,CHF)伴贫血的患者中应用的有效性。方法:选择自2004.8~2005.8月间住院的重度CHF(心功能Ⅲ~Ⅳ级)伴贫血的患者,采用前瞻性队列研究,随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组患者均给予常规抗心衰治疗,治疗组加用重组促红细胞生成素(rhEPO)注射及铁剂口服治疗,随访1年,比较两组在客观指标上的差别。结果:两组患者在心脏射血分数(LVEF)、6min步行距离及死亡率上均有明显差异。结论:在常规控制心衰治疗的基础上,给予EPO抗贫血干预,可延缓重度CHF伴贫血患者的病情进展,降低死亡率。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the applied effectiveness of EPO in patients with serious CHF accompanied by amenia.Methods:Cases were selected from patients with serious CHF accompanied by anemia,hospitalized between 2004 Augest and 2005 Augest,and divided at random into treatment group and control group;forward-looking filing was adopted.Two groups were both rendered regular anti-heart failure treatment;control group was added injection of Rh-EPO and ferrous obiect;after one year follow-up,difference in objective indices was compared.Results:There was significant difference between two groups in LVEF,6-minute walking distance and death rate.Conclusion:On basis of regular treatment of anti-heart failure,intervention of EPO against anemia could delay progress of serious CHF accompanied by anemia and even lower death rate.
