| 摘 要： | "法的精神"是孟德斯鸠法哲学的核心概念.在他看来,"法的精神"是自然和政治社会的内在规律,它客观存在着,并对政体建构、社会发展和政治自由产生决定性影响.从"法的精神"出发,形成了孟德斯鸠完整而严密的法哲学思想体系.

| Abstract: | "The Spirits of Law" is the core conception of legal philosophy of Montesquieu. In his opinion, "The Spirits of Law" is the intrinsic law of natural society and politic society, which exists objectively and exercises decisive influence on building of polity, developing of society and the freedom of politics. Starting from "the spirits of law" , the complete and perfect ideology of Montesquieu had been formed. |
