| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查、教学实验、数理统计等研究法,对我院体育课程设置及教学等进行实验性研究。本研究提出目标教学,严谨设计体育与健康教育有机结合的教学结构元素,组成系统并探索了该系统的具体应用等问题。提高了体育课程的良好功效,为体育教育改革向深层次发展提供了有价值的理论参考。
