| Abstract: | By using the method of documentary investigation and management experience, this paper fully analyzes the issues related to infraction behaviors of intangible assets of Chinese Olympic Committee. Based on unique character and meaning of intangible assets of Chinese Olympic Committee, fully using the administrative guarantee measurement of legislation, judicature and propaganda to ensure market exploitation of intangible assert of Chinese Olympic Committee in good order. |
