| 摘 要： | 在民办高等教育市场竞争日益激烈的当今社会，民办高校的发展面临着各方面的机遇与挑战。文章运用SWOT分析法全面系统地分析了民办高校的优势、劣势、机会和威胁，设计了民办高校的发展战略思路，并提出了民办高校可持续发展的战略选择。

| Abstract: | With an increasingly fierce competition in education world,the development of private universities is faced with both opportunities and challenges.The article gives a comprehensive and systematic analysis of private university's strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and menaces by using the method of SWOT.It then discusses the possible strategic choices for sustainable development of the private universities. |
