| 摘 要： | 通过对体育科技期刊编辑人员应具备素养的分析，指出了体育科技期刊编辑人员应具备：知识素养、专业素养和职业素养三方面的素养，这三方面素养是影响编辑人员能力的主要因素并指出这三方面以专业素养为主干、知识素养为基础、职业素养是保证，三者相互促进，相互影响。

| Abstract: | On the analysis of the attainments, the editors for journals of sports science should have three aspects of attainments,that is knowledge, speciality and profession. Those are the key factors in influencing the capacities of editors. It has been pointed out that speciality is the mainstay, knowledge is basis and profession is guaranty. The three aspects can improve and influence each other. |
