| 摘 要： | 企业为了建立长期竞争优势,必须经常迅速调整自己的资源部署,以应对不断变化的环境。这种动态能力理论为现代企业价值创造与获取研究提供了一种全新的视角。动态能力研究已经成为战略管理研究的热门话题。本文试图从知识管理视角来研究企业生命周期各阶段的动态能力。

| Abstract: | In order to establish a long-term competitive advantage,enterprises must often quickly adjust the deployment of resources to respond to the changing environment.This dynamic capability theory provides a new perspective for the modern enterprise in value creation and access to research.Dynamic Capability has become a hot topic of research in strategic management.This paper attempts to study the enterprises at all stages of the life cycle of the dynamic capabilities from a perspective of knowledge management. |
