便捷电池性能快速检测仪设计

摘    要:针对5V以下的锂电池、镍镉电池、镍氢电池、干电池等电池的开路电压、内阻和电池容量进行快速检测。本设计以STC12C5A60S2单片机为控制核心,通过单片机自带的A/D转换功能进行开路电压的检测.内阻与容量则选用线性霍尔元件ACS712ELCTR-05B-T来测量。容量的测量采用电流积分法。本检测仪具有结构设计简单、性价比高、检测效率高、适用范围广泛的特点,并具有较强的可扩展性。

Abstract:This paper focuses on quick detection of open-circuit voltage,internal resistance and capacity of the batteries below 5V,such as lithium battery,nickel-cadmium battery,nickel-hydrogen battery,dry battery and so on.The MCU STC12C5A60S2,the core control element of the research,is used to detect open-circuit voltage of the batteries through its A/D conversion function.The linear Hall element ACS712ELCTR-05B-T is used to measure batteries’ capacity and internal resistance.The capacity is measured by current integration method.The system is simple designed,cost-effective,can be used for a wide range,effectively improve the detection efficiency and has strong scalability
