| 摘 要： | 泉州市中山路是全国十大历史文化名街之一,是古城泉州的重要组成部分。中山路的发展,应通过"整旧如旧"的改造来实现。本文汲取上海新天地总设计师本杰明·伍德的观点"对于城市和他的建筑,变化是一个很自然的过程",引入文化创意产业、发展旅游经济,再现中山路昔日之繁华,探索其保护与利用的可持续的生命活力。

| Abstract: | Quanzhou Zhongshan road is one of the ten historical culture streets in China.And it is an important part of the ancient city.Quanzhou.Zhongshan road should be "unchanged and repaired".The idea of this article comes from the concept of the total designer Benjamin Wood of Shanghai Xintiandi.He thinks that for city and his building,change is a natural process.Introducing cultural and creative industries and developing tourism economy to recreate its bustling and explore a way to protect and utilize the resource sustainably. |
