| 摘 要： | 在网络通信对于信息传输影响越来越大的今天，对于广大中小型图书馆来说，仍然要从自己的馆情出发，切实把握本馆的服务对象和服务方式，注重纸质文献建设，做好传统业务工作，在此基础上规划自身的发展方向，注重特色文献数据库建设，做出特色服务，以保持中小型馆在网络信息冲击下的生命力。

| Abstract: | Online communication is now becoming more and more effective to the information transmission. To the small and medium sized libraries, they ought to proceed in all cases from the actual conditions, firmly grasp the readers and service modes of the libraries, pay special attention to the construction of the paper-based documents, and do their traditional work well. Based on these above-mentioned, we can map the developing direction so as to maintain the vitality of the small and medium sized libraries in the face of influx of online information. |
