| 摘 要： | 现代高职教育提倡以工作过程来系统化课程体系，培养高端技能型人才。从房地产市场营销课程传统教学法存在的不足入手，以房地产经营与估价专业面向的岗位群为导向，房地产营销人员工作的流程为主线，应用行动导向教学，对房地产市场营销课程教学进行改革，以期对高职院校房地产经营与估价专业的课程教学发展做一些有益的探索。

| Abstract: | Modem higher vocational education advocates systemizing cumcuiums mrougn work-in-progress to train highly skilled personnel. To deal with problems from the traditional teaching method in real estate marketing, it is suggested that reforms should be carried out in such areas as position-group orientation in management and assessment of real estate, working process of real estate marketing, and action-oriented teaching. It is expected that some helpful explorations are conducted to develop teaching and curriculums of the specialty the management and assessment of real estate at higher vocational colleges. |
