| Abstract: | Young students are both the major users of Internet and the beneficiaries of Internet technology.Meanwhile,they are also the main victims of the negative effect of Internet technology.Internet ethics education has been noticed by some sensible people.This paper analyzes the negative effects of Internet on students,and presents several countermeasures and advice. |
