| 摘 要： | 美国中北部地区高等教育认证理事会的机构设置、认证标准和评估过程及其认证的特点,对改进我国高等教育评估体系有重要意义。提出我国高等教育评估体系要完善评估中介机构分类;重视元评估的作用;采取以形成性评估为主体的多元化评估方式;加强评估组织建设。

| Abstract: | The paper gives comments on the constitutions,the criteria and the processes.Then,it sums up the characteristics of the accreditation,which is significant for promoting higher education evaluation system in our country.It points out that higher education evaluation system in our country should consummate the classification of evaluation intermediary bodies,stress the role of metaevaluation,adopt plural evaluation methods with the formative evaluation as the main body,and strengthen the construction of evaluation organization. |
