| 摘 要： | 德国高校从20世纪90年代末期开始引进国际上通行的学士-硕士学位及其课程,对新设立的学位和专业进行评估和认证以确保新学位及其课程的质量。经过几年的实践,工程学科成为开设新学位和课程最多的领域,本文以德国工程科学、信息学、自然科学和数学学科认证机构为例,介绍德国高等工程专业认证的机构、认证依据和目的、认证的内容和程序以及认证标准,以期对我国的高等工程教育专业认证制度的建立和发展有所借鉴。

| Abstract: | In the end of 1990s the bachelor-master degree system and their syllabus in world fashion then are introduced into the higher education institutions in Germany,with the purpose to evaluate and assess the newly established programs and subjects and to guarantee their quality.Through years of development,the discipline of engineering becomes the field accommodating the most new programs and subjects.Taking as an example the Accreditation Institution of Engineering,Information,and Natural Sciences and Mathematics in Germany,this paper introduces the settings,why and for-what,content,procedure,and criteria for the accreditation of the subjects in the field of higher education of engineering,from which some experiences are expected for the establishment and development of such a similar system in Chinese counterparts. |
