蒙山牛毛骨中6种矿物元素的测定

摘    要:利用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS),测定山东沂蒙地区蒙山牛被毛、肋骨中Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Mg以及Co等6种矿物元素的含量.该法测定各元素的加标回收率在97%-110.3%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于0.9%,具有良好的准确度和精确度.实验数据通过SPSS 13.0统计学软件处理,结果表明,蒙山牛被毛、肋骨中Fe元素的含量差异不显著(P>0.05),其他5种元素的含量差异均极显著(P<0.01).

Abstract:The content of several kinds of mineral elements Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn,Mg and Co in ox hair and ribs of Mengshan cattle coming from the Yimeng district of Shandong were simultaneously determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The recoveries of elements by standard addition were within 97% -110. 3% ,and relative standard deviation was lower than 0. 9%. the method has good accuracy and precision. The test data was handled by SPSS 13. 0,the difference of the content of Fe between ox hair and ribs was not remarkable(P>0. 05),but others were extremely remarkable(P<0.01).
