| Abstract: | On the base of analyzing definition,characteristics,pattern of the emergency information management of city thunderbolt,We can impede and reduce the harm which the thunderbolt brings on condition that the city thunderbolt emergency management fuses with the information management and the information management connects and supports the emergency management. |
