| 摘 要： | 人性化护理在临床护理中至关重要。在护理教育中要渗透人性化护理意识,教师要成为人文精神的传播者;学校要采取建立彰显人文教育的课程体系;开展＂以患者为中心＂的临床实习教育;实施跨文化护理实践等措施培养学生具有人性化护理的理念;为护生进入工作岗位后能自觉运用人文知识,实施人性化护理奠定基础。

| Abstract: | Humanistic care is of utmost importance in clinic nursing.The consciousness of humanistic care should be penetrated throughout the nursing education.The lecturers are required to become propagators of humanistic spirit.Nurse school should adopt measures in establishing system of courses which reveals the humanistic education,developing clinic training focusing on patients and implementing cross-cultural nursing pratice in order to cultivate the students with the concept of humanistic nursing and to lade a foundation for their conscientiously utilizing humane knowledge and applying humanistic nursing after they go into jobs. |
