摘    要:义务教育学校实施绩效工资以后,广大教职工(特别是农村学校的教职工)深深感受到了党中央、国务院的关怀,工资涨了,工作热情也高了。但是,义务教育学校实施绩效工资毕竟是一项重大改革,在实施过程中必然会暴露出这样或那样的问题,这些问题需要大家共同探讨,合力解决。本文就义务教育学校实施绩效工资后的利弊进行分析,提出了一些建设性意见,旨在抛砖引玉,希望与广大同仁讨论与交流。

Analyzing on the Post-Compulsory Education in Schools Pros and Cons of the Implementation of Pay for Performance Reasons and Countermeasures

Abstract:Compulsory education school after implementing performance salary,the faculty members(especially rural faculty of school) deeply felt the party central committee and the state council care,wages have risen,work warmly high.But education schools,obligations implementing performance salary after all is a major reforms,the implementation process must be exposed such problems,need everyone to discuss,joint efforts to solve.This paper is compulsory education school after implementing performance salary and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages,puts forward some constructive suggestions to derive,hope to discuss and exchange with our colleagues.
