| 摘 要： | 班级文化是师生通过教育与教学活动所创造和形成的精神财富、文化氛围的活动形式和物质形态。它是班级师生共同的价值取向和行为方式的反映,是班级整体精神面貌的集中体现。在职业学校中,从班级的物质文化、组织制度文化、精神文化以及网络文化出发去构建和谐的班级文化,有利于学生健康全面的发展,更有助于和谐班级的建设。

| Abstract: | Class culture is the education and teaching,teachers and students through class activities and create wealth,the cultural atmosphere of the activities and physical form.It is the value orientation of the teachers and students class and behavior of the whole class,is the embodiment of spirit.In vocational schools,the material culture,from class organizational system culture,spirit culture and network culture to constructing harmonious class culture,help students over-all development and construction of harmonious class more help. |
