| 摘 要： | 高校学生社团管理是高等教育管理不可或缺的组成部分,可以划为到公共管理范畴,管理学中经典的目标管理理论同样可应用于社团管理。针对目前高校学生社团管理中的问题,本文通过引进目标管理理论的分析探讨,进一步完善高校学生社团管理体制。科学规范社团管理模式,服务青年学生成长、成才。

| Abstract: | The management of college student associations of higher education management is an indispensable part of the public management category,can be delimited in classic objective management management theory applied equally to corporate management.Aiming at the problems in the management of college student associations,this paper introduced the analysis of target management theory discussion,further improve the management of college student associations system.Scientific and standardized corporate management mode,service young students grow into talents. |
