| 摘 要： | 大学生的法制教育,从上世纪80年代以来一直是我国教育体系中马克思主义思想政治教育的重要组成部分。当前大多数大学生经过高校的法制教育,能够做到遵纪守法、依法行使权利、履行义务,具有一定的法律意识。可见当前大学生法制教育取得了丰硕的成果,但同时还存在着很多不足。本论文旨在分析大学生法制教育中存在的问题,并对其提出建设性建议。

| Abstract: | From the legal system since the 1980s education system in China is always in the ideological and political education of marxist important constituent.The current most college students after college education,the legal system in accordance with the law,can achieve the rights and perform the obligations,has some of the legal consciousness.Current students＇ legal education is achieved fruitful results,but also many deficiencies still exist.This paper aims at analyzing college students the problems existing in the legal education,and its some constructive suggestion. |
