摘 要: | 理论来源于实践,理论反过来又指导实践,理论和实践本该紧密相连。然而,在实际工作中,由于理论作为一种知识形态无法直接指导实践,存在着理论和实践相脱离的尴尬。而模式,则起到了沟通理论和实践中介的作用。理论的建构有两种方式:modelof(由理论建构理论)和modelfor(由实践建构理论)。以教育理论建构为例,天长实验走的就是一种典型的modelof的途径,青浦实验走的是一条典型的modelfor的途径。模式只是一种起结合理论和实践的中介工具,理论建构真正的实现还需要理论工作者和实践工作者共同行动起来——让理论者走进实践、实践者走进理论。

Abstract: | Theory is based on practice and guides the practice in turn, so the two have a close link. However, in our practical work, there always exists a gap between the theory and the practice because theory, as a kind of knowledge form, can not guide the practice directly. Model here plays an important role to bridge the gap. There are two ways to build a theory: model of and model for. The former gets a theory from other theories (e.g.: the Tianchang Education Experiment) and the latter gets a theory from practice (e.g.: the Qingpu Education Experiment). After all,model is only an intermediary,theorists and practitioners must use the tool actively. In order to build a valuable theory, theorists can not only read books, they should go into practice as well. Practitioners must know some theories. |
