| 摘 要： | 常言道：＂人要面子,树要皮。＂其实现在的教育更应该抓住这一点,用赏识的眼光和美好的语言来让学生体会你对他的关注,就是要改变课程实施过程中过于强调接受学习、死记硬背、机械训练的现象,倡导学生主动参与、乐于探究、勤于动手。如何在语文课堂上让＂每朵花都开放＂呢？我觉得一名优秀的教师应该从以下三方面着手：首先是在课堂上教师要尊重每一位学生。其次教师要用赏识的眼光看待每一位学生。第三,我们的语文课堂还应该是求真的课堂,在课堂上教师要抒真情,要时刻注意引导和教育学生。
