积极心理学对特校教师的启示

摘    要:积极心理学兴起于美国,主要研究积极的情绪和体验、积极的个性特征和情绪对生理健康的影响等,它关注人的长处,以促进个人更好地发展。本文首先对积极心理学进行了简要概述,然后分析了当今特校教师存在的一些问题,最后从积极心理学的视角出发,阐述其对特校教师的启示。

Abstract:The positive psychology arose in the United States,the main research contents including positive emotion and experience,positive personality traits and emotions on physiological health effects,it attentions to promote individual strengths,in order to get better development.In this paper,firstly,briefly introduce the positive psychology,then analyzes the some existing problems of special teachers.At last,from the perspective of positive psychology,expounds the enlightenment to special teachers.
