| 摘 要： | 新一轮屏南城市总体规划修编适逢我国经济发展方式发生变革的重要时期，是构建社会主义和谐社会，树立科学发展观，在城市规划工作中的一次重要实践。以屏南县城市总规修编为例，探讨了城市性质、城市规模、空间结构、资源节约、城市安全等方面问题，为当前和今后一段时期里城市发展和城市规划改革提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Revised Pingnan general town planning coincides with the important period of transformation of China's economical development mode,and is an important practice of town planning in constructing socialist harmonious society in terms of scientific development notion.Illustrated by Pingnan general town planning,considerations were made on town character,town scale,spacial structure,resources economization,and town safety to provide reference for town development and town planning reform. |
